Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be obsessed with your GIA fit, but if something isn't right, we offer returns for store credit or refund on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and hygiene liners attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Generate Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized postage location and keep your tracking number handy until your return is processed.
